CONTRACT
Your order represents a purchase contract. After you place your order we will send you an e-mail confirming your order. This confirmation contains information about your purchase, delivery, payment method, prices and customer service. This confirmation of Your order is not an acceptance of your offer but is only to inform you that your land order has been received. The purchase contract is completed only when we send the product to you and confirm you with a second e-mail (shipping confirmation). If a partial shipment has been received, you will receive a separate confirmation e-mail for each package. In this case you will receive a separate purchase contract. You can cancel your order before shipping free of charge.
Right of withdrawal :
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall expire after 14 days from the moment of acquisition or from the moment another natural person other than the carrier acquires the products in question. If your order has been partially shipped, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after receiving the last shipment.
To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us at 0030 2311821673, FAX 0030 2311821673 or at e-mail info@valhalla.gr for your decision to cancel the contract by sending us a statement (by mail, fax or e-mail) . It is important that you submit all the information you need before the end of the 14 days. You must send us back the products accompanied by the return form, without delay and not later than 7 days after you notified us of the withdrawal of your contract. Withdrawal procedure:
If you withdraw from the purchase contract we will reimburse you for your entire payment including delivery costs (excluding the additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of courier delivery). Without delay and in no case no later than 14 days from the day we were informed of your decision to return. We will reimburse you using the same means of payment unless we have agreed otherwise.
